Welcome to Tashy’s Babies LLC. By accessing or using tashysbabies.com or our newborn care services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before engaging with our business.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or booking services with Tashy’s Babies LLC, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.

2. Services Provided

Tashy’s Babies LLC offers professional newborn care services, including but not limited to:

  • 24-hour care

  • Overnight care

  • Sleep training support

  • Specialized care for twins, colic, and reflux

All services are subject to availability and are provided based on mutual agreement between the client and provider.

3. Booking Consultation & Cancellations

  • All consultation bookings must be confirmed via phone call, text message or email.

  • A fee is required to secure a consultation booking.

  • A cancellation or consultation reschedule must be made at least 24 hours in advance.  

  • Last-minute cancellations may result in partial or full forfeiture of the consultation fee.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due as outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

  • We accept [insert payment methods – e.g., cash, Zelle, Venmo, bank transfer].

  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a safe and productive care environment, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about their baby’s needs and health conditions

  • Maintain a clean and safe home environment for care services

  • Communicate any changes to schedules or health concerns in a timely manner

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence in care, Tashy’s Babies LLC and its caregivers shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of our services, except in cases of proven negligence or misconduct.

7. Health & Safety

All caregivers are CPR certified and trained in newborn care. We follow safety protocols and best practices, but parents remain ultimately responsible for their child’s well-being and must provide any specific medical instructions or alerts.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is handled with care and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on tashysbabies.com, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Tashy’s Babies LLC and may not be copied, used, or distributed without written permission.

10. Modifications

Tashy’s Babies LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
